Our Story
Bright Star's founder is Marty Lucero. Lucero means “bright star” in Spanish. Marty chose this name to honor his heritage and speak to our role in guiding our clients through their most complex challenges. Just as the brightest stars in the sky have served as beacons to explorers for centuries, we remain steadfast in our dedication to advancing our public sector clients' missions.

We always bring our A game. With intention, we approach every interaction by listening carefully to our clients so that we can develop innovative approaches to their technology modernization challenges.
Nooshin has 17 years of experience supporting federal clients as a data scientist, researcher, and project manager. She’s led technical teams and executed data science mediums, including strategies and policies. Nooshin is a Georgia Institute of Technology graduate and lives in Northern Virginia.
Callie is an AI/ML Strategic Communications Manager who supported management clients for 15 years streamlining the data policies and governance, including her recent focus on delivering Enterprise AI policies. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and lives in Maryland.
